yep i can it see now her driving around in a classic british racing green MGB convertable :LOL: but maybe i can perswade her into a green lifted fullsize blazer? :rolleyes:

As a body shop manager I saw plenty of MGBs go to the crusher. Get her a '69-'76 TR6. Something you can both love and enjoy.
well i'm really bummed about the wagon project :( I was all for it and thought it would of been cool. but she don't like wagons not even the old classics :( then she says to me "Do you remember that old red car we saw at the gas station i liked?" and i said yeah "I would want something like that or a big lifted truck with big tires" well the car we saw was a late 50's red MGB convertable.
Get her a Anglia ,and tell her its an early MG
Yeah, my bride went through that phase a few years back. Ended up getting a BRG Spitfire. The key was I told her I'd learned my lesson on Brit cars many moons ago and wouldn't work on it for her. After having to pay several times to have those annoying, niggling, totally frustrating series of problems that will inevitably happen fixed all the joy was out of it for her.....................and on went the for sale sign.:3dSMILE:Quote:
