Yeah, I agree with some of that. My Grandfather came over on the boat from Czechoslovakia at the end of the 1800's. He and my Dad did speak some Russian at home, but not 100 percent of the time. (Usually when they were arguing) But people of that era cherished the thought and prospects of becoming Americans. Sure, they kept part of their heritage, but for the most part tried to fit in with their new home. Most worked hard to make a decent living and teach their children right from wrong.
And while my comments may have the appearance of being directed at one group in particular, they weren't intended to be that way. That group is just the most prevalent right now here in S. Florida. But the crime issues are certainly not exclusive to only one nationality.
