Go stick build if you can. I got package from 84 lumber here in Pa. Get friends together build it weekend. I was lucky friend mine does concrete work. Garage floor driveway was 25 yards. You got the slab run couple courses block set garage walls on good go.
I got the application from our town for a building permit. just have to submit the plans and pay the fees. I have a friend that is a electrician and he said that he will run the wires for the cost of materials. thanks for all the advice. if any of you guys head this way and would like to lend a hand i promise plenty of food, beer and good conversation. thanks also for the plans. I will look into the other places that were mentioned.:)
wow stovens those are really great prices. will bring up to the hubby tonight. thanks so much.
Barb , I looked at my stick package from 84 lumber. Everything was under five thousand. I got 4-windows 2- man doors and clopay 16' door 2'' insulated. With concrete work total was $9746. Thats doing it myself with crew on weekend. You are welcome to have my building blue prints , size is 20' x 28' deep. Could not go 24' wide cause property line. I love framing work been doing it over 25 years. Other reason say go stick frame building materials are very low. Built my garage last march.
