i have`nt made any working progress on my 5 speed project yet but i have spent a ton of money on shiny new parts .. i came to find out i needed to get a regular chevy V8 bellhousing in order for the 168 tooth flywheel to work ..the bellhousing is drilled for 1/2 13 bolts and the trans is like 12 MM metric so i had to open up the trans hole a bit .. no biggy ..i`m surprised a 40 year old bellhousing will fit a somewhat modern T5 trans ..i am working on being able to keep the cable operated clutch system ..
