Memphis was tested once in the regular season by Tennessee and they lost. They have played much better in the tournament, but a 1 point spread just doesn't impress me. I just hope that the referees don't determine the outcome.Ken Thomas

Well what do you know.....darn near every "expert" is now picking Memphis over UCLA.
They beat two teams and the "experts" change their opinions by 180* .....from first No 1 to go out to potential national champs.

Memphis suspended the back up point guard, Andre Allen (14 minutes per game in the tournament)....he didn't make the trip to San Antonio.
I hope this isn't the start of a meltdown.

I've got to give Memphis credit, they played a good game and UCLA couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.Ken Thomas

Kansas is kicking some SERIOUS ass right now. ....about as ugly as the Memphis - Michigan State first half.
Looks like Memphis won't have to worry about North Carolina.
Edit: Damn! NC is making a run.Last edited by Flipper_1938; 04-05-2008 at 07:43 PM.

Kansas deserved that one. Memphis wasn't 100%. Kansas was.
Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
