vin tag and title rip-off
iis it or is it not illegal to purchase a ving tag and title to a car to convert yours to that vin? i ahve a convertable top frame from a 63 ss nova on craigslist i get an email guy wants the ss vin tages and title
i thought that was illegal!? this is how the barret jackson people find so many hemi cars
