Going Green

I went green today well sort of since I tore up the bottom end of the riding mower. I got out the walk behind mower not self-propelled but by my power of pushing.:HMMM: The new walk behind even though it is a 4-½-horse power runs really slow.:mad: So I thought what I would do what any hot rodder would do, make it run faster.:) I shortened the spring on the carburetor throttle plate now it runs just about twice as fast.:toocool: Now it’s sort of going green, I used the smaller mower but at twice the speed uses twice the fuel.:eek: This all ties in with the global warming thing, I walked behind which in turn would have to burned enough calories that were in the peanut butter cup I had as a snack before cutting the grass. That would reduce my total weight, as they said heavy people add too more wasted energy.:LOL:

If I would have brought the run away horse home that I rescued the other day he could have grazed on the grass saving more fuel.:toocool: But then the stimulus package that George is sending would have gone for his checkup.:eek: By the way do you have to neuter a horse like a cat?:LOL: I wouldn’t want a bunch of ponies running around getting other young ponies in a having more ponies’ sort of way.:LOL:

Sit down and rest, take a load off and pop the cap on a cold one.

Besides, when you work that hard your CO2 emissions go up.................Al won't be happy with you!

I would use goats instead of the horse. If the grass is too long you just add a goat, too short you just eat a goat. I know, you still have CO2. Well, there's no free lunch but Cabrito is mighty tasty! ;)

My wife tried that shortly after I told her that was not a good idea with all of the pine trees around.:eek:

By the way people have been asking how you are getting along, someone thought you had surgery or were thinking of having surgery?

The goats my be the best deal, I have never had goat cheese but as long as we're giving them grass, maybe they could cut the cheese.:toocool:
