Hey the tractor pulls are great!! i loved it when my dad would take me as a kid.
Wish I got that channel. That's our normal local motorsports in Ohio.
ihra - monster truck and my clasic car repeats keep me going all winter
Cheer up, Hugh Hefner and the Girls Next Door is just starting another season. :D :D I understand Hugh has traded in the "old" girls for some 20 year olds. Hey, he's only like 89 and has to keep his image up, you know.
Don
Yea, since his image is the only thing he can probably keep up......  :eek:Quote:

Don
You guys need to talk to Barb, apparently she knows about some pills or something to fix that........................:o

well you know what confusious said. woman can lay down longer than man can stand up.
Well there is football three times on Sunday, again on Monday and Thursday and they usually have car commercials; maybe the last chance to see a GMC SUV? Then there are those neat truck commercials pulling things up from over a cliff. I bought a pathetic electric heater for my garage but you have to sit on it to feel any heat! Experiments show that if you leave it full on for an hour the garage will heat from 48 F to 49 F. So far I have not found a flameless heater that will do anything at all but I don't want an open filament or flame around flammables in a closed garage.

If you want to watch something that goes fast, buckle up and watch this:Quote:

One of the advantages of the left coast is Sacramento Raceway offers Test and Tune every Saturday all winter long, weather permitting of course. $50 for car and driver. Plus they have Wednesday night fun drags.
Pat
And they call you the "weaker sex" !!  :LOL:Quote:

hay don I know what you mean about open flame I have radiant catalitic propane heater but I am very careful with it and I only use it when it gets realy cold like 65F LOL.....ted
Well you could stop watching the Tube all together and take on another project.............. like I when I pick up my coupe I could drop off my son's 66 Mustang fastback :3dSMILE: :3dSMILE: :3dSMILE: :3dSMILE: :eek:Quote:

ALL of you better walk over to the wall and pull the plug that connects to youre "Idiot Box" and go do something worthwhile. TV's "Americas Wasteland", the news isnt even worth watching. If you dont get creative it could be a LOOOOONG winter.
Show cracks me up... Will is always talking about how he does this and that to make it Unique... He don't do Poop! The talent in is the garage... I wish Remey would open up his own shop and kick his A$$ :HMMM:Quote:

What??? and give up Speed TV??? Along with it I also enjoy the Discovery Channel, History Channel, and the Powerblock thingy on Sunday morning.... Can't say much about the rest of the selections that are offered, but I guess someone must be watching them....Quote:

My son bought this 66 Stang 21 years ago, we took it all apart, sandblasted, replaced the quarters (paid a guy and I helped with the welding), replaced the floors, inner wheel house, straightened and patched in the pannel between the headlights, replaced rear frame rails, did a little body work and sprayed lots and lots of restoleum primer. We worked on it for 2 years. I found a pretty good 65 coupe in a junkyard, took the motor out of the fastback, and got it on the road for him. That was the last time the 66 got worked on. He's got all kinds of "new 21 year old parts" for it. I think it's time to get it on the road. BUT not until my T coupe is done though.
Dave, you could come out to Arizona and join the rest of the "Snow Birds" this is when we can work on our cars, the cruises are huge, sometimes 300-400 cars show up every weekend! I will be going to the Nostalgia Drags and show at Speedworld this Sunday,so put up the snow shovel and help stimulate our economy!:DQuote:
