I know sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our cars and our own interests, that even tho we love our Wifes and Kids, they think the most important thing in our life's are the cars,... Make time for them, let them know you love them, there is no guarantee of tomorrow.

I got a call from our car club president on Saturday,.... The first words out of his mouth was "Dennis,... I have some bad news",.... Just hearing that makes your heart sink,.. you wonder what old friend is gone now,... no matter how many times you hear it, it still effects you the same way. But this time it was different,...

Bill went on, Scott's wife didn't wake up this morning,...... There was a defining silence, She passed away in her sleep,... she was only 37, There 11 year old son found her, Scott was off to work..... I have a deep faith, but have been trying to process this sence I got the call,... My faith is still strong, because we are appointed a time to be born,... and a time to die,.. but it still breaks my heart.

There is a loving Husband, a 13 year old daughter and a 11 year old son, that will be facing a lot of tears, sleepless nights, and heart aches for years to come,.... I will be heading down to the Detroit area on Wednesday to pay my respects. I don't know if it's acceptable on here or not,.. But if your the praying type,... please keep Scott and his family in your prayers, As this loss is very great to them and will seem more then they can bare,....

In closing,.... "life is like a vapor that rises up and is gone" there is no promise of tomorrow, This moment is all we have,... make time for your Wife, Kids, Parents, everyone that is close to you , and if you love them, tell them,..... you may not have another chance.
