HE! HE! What the heck is a Metropolitan?
I know Friday drove some kind of Ford,
I am not sure what kind it was though.
Looks like a short version of the Galaxy

Never thought I'd catch Jay on one of these. Actually Lois' car was a Nash Rambler convertible, '50 I think. Preceded and larger than the Metro. They did have some similar styling cues though. A bonus: Clark Kent drove a Nash Healey.Last edited by Bob Parmenter; 06-04-2010 at 04:47 PM.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Remember, Freedom isn't Free, thousands have paid the price so you can enjoy what you have today.
Duct tape is like 'The Force.' It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

That Nash reminds me of a peddle car my little brother had.
And yes that is the car Bob, what is it?

I think from time to time, they also had an AMC Rambler Ambassador. I know when the show ended and Adam-12 spawned from it, they used AMC's for all the cop cars.. both shows were produced by Mark VII limited.. Jack Webb ( SGT Joe Friday ) directed both showsYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
