Finally......
.....a reasonable conclusion to health recommendations.
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans..
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION:

My English skills are terrible and yet all of my blood work was fine, so there must be something to that.

when i read that the british dont historically eat supper .. and are rarely found overwieght i tried that and lost 75 `lbs in about 6 months .. dont go to bed on a full belly .. i`ts as simple as that .. wake up hungry .. i eat all day till 3 pm then nuthin more ( cept 8 or 12 beers )iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

Don't worry Bob, this problem is correcting itself. English is being spoken less and less in this country, so we should all be living longer very soon.

True!..... but what are those habanero peppers... or beans... going to do to your health??? We could all die from stomach ulcers ....or even terminal gas!!!
