$3.39 HERE THE NEWS SAYS ITS BECAUSE SOMTHING MIGHT HAPPEN.:eek:A$$ holes
Gas prices will go up............economy will slow (more) people will stop driving and the prices will come down. But like a rubber band looses it's memory the prices won't go back to what they are now ''only in the ballpark'' close. Then the cycle will start all over again.
Gary
We been filling up in CC because its $.20 cheaper than north of I80
Jerry
Just got back from town and today was the first time that 87 has been above $3.00 - - - the cheapest we saw was $3.05 at Brookshire Bros Gro
Mine runs on Premium.........paid $ 3.49 a gallon a few days ago.:( $ 4.00 is only a few clicks away.
Don
gas here in st louis area is running 3.09 in mo to 3.27 in illinois. diesel is anywhere from 3.33 to 3.59 in il. not any cheaper in mo, so no sense driving over to save a buck. actually, i'm spending the buck i saved to get home.
Gas prices seem to act like a rachet....they jump up $0.10 a ltr, then fall back $0.05. Happens about once every two weeks. Bottom line is that the price keeps rising but people rush to fill up on the "lower" price when it drops.
Found 2.98 / reg in NJ today
$3.25 here in Western Pa.Up $.10 since yesterday.Bastards!!
If you can't beat them, then play their game. I got mad a few years ago when gas went through the roof. I started buying oil stock then and now I don't mind when the gas goes up!
$2.05/LITRE,for 91,and I think its $2.11/litre for 95 octane..Dont buy a lot,as I am only paying $1.08/litre for LPG,,Diesel,$1.42/litre most places..Big stumbling block with diesel down here is,Road User Charges,depending on vehicle size,means about $500 to buy 10000km..Like a excise tax...And registration for a diesel van,ute pickup,car,whatever,depends on size..A double cab,Jap ute,4wd,costs about $600 for a year,,,add the mileage,RUC and maintenance up,and you can see why I prefer to drive ''Jose''my F100,with LPG and cheap rego[its over 40years old...$112 a year..:D and I think its kooler than a later oilburner...
I paid 3.60 / gal regular in Buffalo NY yesterday, got back to Mass last night and it's 3.40 gal / regular. 8-(
$3.05 per Gal in Springfield, Tn today..Last week was $2.95. 87 octane
of course. Afraid to look at 110 octane..
Just went over 3.00 this week. Saw 3.09 reg this morning. I quit looking at the price. Just put so much in and go. Now when the price goes over 3.50 my prices just go up. Most of my gas is for business so pass it on. I hate it, but it's the fact of life. Can't buy at 1.00 and sell for .75. But it still sucks................
Its all Bush`s fault! That damn Bush is always making gas prices go up! Oh wait, he`s not prez anymore! guess it was not his fault afterall!
Cheap junk here is $3.15 per ... I'm already rethinking the BBC back to a SBC in the '46 ...shit!
REGS
I remember thinking back in the 70's while I was building the panel truck with a BBC, "Man I won't even be able to drive this thing if gas goes over 50 cents a gallon''. :whacked:
on wenesday i paid 3.02 and this morning i paid 3.39 here in cleveland these gas prices are bull all because whats going on in the middle east im 29 years old and when first started to drive i paid about 1.00 per gallon just last week i figured out how mush me and the fiance pay for gas about $900 bucks a month for gasoline we both are contracter so we get some of that back in taxes but not the whole $11.000 last year no wonder i havent built my engine yet.
Went up .10 today = $3.39
$3.49 for high test here $3.19 regular.
This week I'm in Cal. and I'm seeing 3.75 to 4 dollars a gallon! Sigh..... 8-(
Going to make $4.00 all over by summer the way it's going...,.,,
$3.23 here in BFB, Texas but I expect it to start going back up real soon.
One thing that this inflation does is cause me to only put $10 or $15 in the PU that I only use occasionally rather than top everything off when I stop for gas.
Oh well, I've had to tighten the old belt before and I lived over it.
3.25 here in the City of Salt Lake
went up 14 cents today to 3.29 today which is makes sense since the paper just had an article on how the rising cost of gas is not going to affect us very much.
Regular just jumped to $ 3.49 per today, and Premium is $ 3.65. :(
Don
3.71 a gal reg at the cheapest place in town........
Normal stations such as shell, mobil etc are right at the 4.00 dollar mark for reg.
The motorized bicycle is looking better all the time at 125 bucks for the complete engine kit...:whacked:
I'm gonna start walking to work no matter what the weather is like..:D
Oh wait, I work at home.
Me too...kool place to work..:D I always tell people''Nah,it doesnt bother me...I walk to work''. So would you guys,at our prices..Just gone to $2.08/litre for 91,probably $2.15/litre for 95,,and I dont wanna know what 98 is..none in our province..Diesel is $1.51/litre..:eek:
Went to fill up at a local shell station and it was $3.59 last night. This afternoon $3.65. Stopped and ask how much more it was going up and the manager says the way things are going we will see $4.00 in about 3-4 weeks. Hang on to you hats ladies and gentlemen it hasn't even begun.:HMMM:
Up 12 cents in 3 days here - currently $3.35/gal
another .10 today = $3.49
The countries in the middle east that are this excuse for this pricing contribute only 2% of the total worlds oil.Only 2% guys. And every time the gas prices go up more taxes are collected too.Where are all those hero's we elected??.Least they could/should do is not tax the stuff.Or not tax it as much. Those elected folks aren't bright enough to consider this to be another threat to our country.
Another thought is how to handle this.Call those countries into a meeting with a huge red button in the middle of the table,no wires attached to it,just the button.Opening question......well boys tell us what the hell your thinking???.
Guess I don't really see a reason for it. Greed?? Heck, who knows. I suppose it'll eventually be enough reason for another war front in the mid east. I just don't understand any of it anymore. Maybe this latest gas deal is just one more brick in the load that the working man has to carry.....Don't know how many more bricks we can handle?
In Washington it's name calling and finger pointing, just business as usual. I see lots more of the blame game coming, but no solutions. Suppose these career politicians that have everything so screwed up in this country will ever be held accountable for their actions?

So what your saying is you want to control how much another country can set the price for selling a product ? .........that seems fair...........one country can control another for their benefit..........isn't that like bullying?
