NSRA Burlington - a WET day

I went to Burlington, VT yesterday, Sept 24 for the NSRA show. First of all, if it wasn't raining, it was drizzling. Then for giggles, it misted. I finally had enough at about 2:00PM and came home. Good show even though we had to plod through water and mud or soggy grass. The post '48 cars were mostly a positive, though there were a very few that probably should be thrown out, along with at lest one that was even worse then a rat rod - dangerous, poorly done and really looked crappy. I try to never criticize a car, but this one was junk.

Thanks for the pics Dave! Looks like the weather was really a bummer though.... That red and white Ford Victoria really caught my eye, gorgeous car!!!! Still want to find one of them someday....

Mike - that one was criticized regardless of my previous statement. It was a dangerous POS and well beyond our usual critique standards

Dave, thanks for posting the pictures! On the post '49's I noticed the same thing at the KC Goodguys event - there are always a handful of people that assume that any pre-'72 car is their ticket to enter and cruise the event, and I guess it is as it works for them. And then there are the "shock value" vehicles that really serve no purpose (critique, not criticism...)
