Jerry, I had a signed, plane to plane picture of "General Jim" Renschen in a F4, doing a fly by, lined up with the legs of the Arch hanging in the shop. One morning several years ago, a new customer asked me where I got that picture after explaining that I knew General Jim,he told me only gaurd members are supposed to have that picture. He then told me thats my bird, turns out he was the crew chief. He then started pointing out the meaning of all the decals and said see these ? He said these are confirmed Mig kills over Vietnam (I think there 5 or 6 of em ) I keep it at home now because the sun comming through the shops office windows was destroying it. General Jim later told me that Revell sells model kits of that plane and it now sits on a pole @ The Mo.Air Gaurd.
