Does anyone know if the 1937 Buick Roadmaster Dash Welded in?
I was told that the '37 Buick dashes were bolted in with a sticky adhesive added.
When I look at my '37 Roadmaster the dash appears to be welded in place.
Am I correct, or am I seeing the assembly method incorrectly?

The automotive adhesive technology for 1937 was limited to tar and a few related substences....they didnt have much else to use back then. Was there a tar sales guy who called on GM? If he was from the south, did they know he was selling tires or tar?
If I recall my 38 dash was bloted in. I took it out to put in Mustangll lots of work but fun
Was your 38 a Buick Roadmaster (80 series)?
I'm wondering if different series are made differently.

I have no idea about your Buick dash, but I wouldn't think it would really be that hard to tell if it's welded or bolted. Once any kick panel trim is out of the way I would think that the hardest part would be getting situated to see from below/behind the dash with a strong light. If you don't see bolts/nuts then you're looking for spot welds, right? Have you checked with the Buick Owner's Groups, like the Buick Club? Buick Club of America - BCA - Welcome
I have posted this question on the Buick Club site.
One person with a 60 series said he had removed a dash and it was bolted plus a sticky adhesive. He said the bolts are visable when he opened the door.
No one else has been able to confirm whether the 80 series is the same.
My dash looks like it is welded on to me, but I've been wrong before so I thought I'd ask on this site.
