a woman and her toddler drowned here this week after sliding off the road and into a pond. there were guys there who frantically tried to save them . but could not.
you can not bust tempered glass with your fist . i carry a buck knife. the blunt end of it will shatter glass . a rock or anything solid with some kind of edge on it will work. i pray that if i am ever in that position i will remember .
just felt the need to put this out there for food for thought.
thanks

Sorry to hear that Shine. Put me to thinking about how many cars have electric windows now. I always felt I could roll the window down but that makes me wonder if the electrics would work. Like you, I carry a tough knife, I just hope I would have the sense to use it in the heat of the moment.
