I get the advertisements only when I have a quick look at the site without signing in BUT, your Asian ladies are a darn sight better looking then the Russia ones we get down here so swap you aye.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

I've logged out and logged back in and cannot get that banner to come up. Usually it is a "google" thing, they use meta tags and cookies of other places you may have gone. Sometimes they hook to an image that you saw on another site (yes automotive related) and drop it locally in to your browser. There are programs to block such banner ads. I suggest the following:

Ghostery
To clean your system up a bit, I suggest:
Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
and
AVG Free Antivirus | Free Virus Protection
All are free downloads.
