Just over half as much as you this year, and a third of that was following your Greybeard 32 around. I gotta get a life.
Gee, my Mustang hasn't been more than 50 miles from home in 5 or 6 years, guess I qualify for the club!!! But if you wanna come up some Saturday night and play with me and the rest of the kids, come on!!!
PS--Most of "the games" start sometime after midnight, don't show up expecting a show and shine!!!! Oh yeah, when I take it to Sioux Falls (50 miles) on a Saturday to do some cruizin' (or whatever) it makes that trip in the trailer!!! Suppose I'm double qualified now!!!!---but it is a different zip code!!!!
Right Mike
If I ain't buildin 1 I'm drivin 1
and sometimes both/
Got 2 goin right now, a roadster and a coupe.
Last Sunday was the first real outing for my '62 Fairlane and we did around 130 miles round trip but I plan on adding to that, especially when the weekend Cruises kick back up and the weather improves some ! Gotta hellp get the grandson's '66 Stang wipers working so he can get it inspected and then I imagine we'll caravan to a lot of stuff this year - - - sure hope so.
Yep. I got in about 2 miles on the old Chevy today. Skies were clear with temps in the 40's so I warmed up the battery, checked the tires and brakes and took it for a spin. Felt good.. It's not on the road right now or I would have taken it farther
The first weekend I got my 40 I drove it out of it's zip code, made repairs, drove it through a few more zip codes, then pushed it part way to another. I put as many miles on it as I could until I couldn't stand all the hackery that was done to it and now it is a trailer queen. As in torn apart awaiting it's turn to get fixed.
I drove my 46 Ford Tudor a little over 1,300 miles to Shows and cruises all over Arizona. **)
Probably around 1,000 miles, I need a Gear Venders Overdrive, it's geared too low for long trips, but I have a lot of fun with those gears!
Close to 250, 30 miles at a time.
Hope to vastly improve on that come spring!! :-)
I put a set of 5.13's in the Horse couple years back! Worthless on the highway but perfect on the 1/8 mile, and more then adequate on Saturday night!!! With the good old Nash 5 speed as soon as you launch you pull the handle for 2nd!!!! Ain't life great?????:D:D:D
I pushed the truck at least 100 ft over the course of the last year.;)
I did almost 3000 miles on mine. I plan to do a lot more this year starting as soon as the weather breaks out of winter. So far I've only driven it in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. So I'd like to expand my interstate travels. There's some drives to Maryland and New York on my radar screen for this year and if I can work it in, up the coast to Massachusetts and take it on the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard to visit friends who live there and blast around some nice roads on that island.
