Driving anything under the influence is not wise. I guess Colorado is having some serious issues with stoned drivers now and they are trying to figure out how to deal with it. Sounds like Tony dodged a very serious bullet on this one too bad he couldn't of dodged... oh well.

Mr Stewart is still open to civil suit for wrongful death. Easier to lose and he could get hit with considerable monetary loss. Too bad the family cant accept that it is a racing accident and let the kid rest in peace.
Being under the influance will probably go a long way in Tony's favor in a civil suit. Time will tell.

Ward was warned about getting out of his car before, it's his fault plain and simple.
I feel bad for the family but he caused his own death.
