Who was building the Volvo Hot Rod

I can't seem to find the post on this car, I just remember it was an early Volvo & I believe the guy was using a Mazda rotary w/a supercharger from a buick 3800. Anybody got a link to it because I can't find it...joe

Finding an old thread without a UserName seems to be like hunting for a needle in a haystack, and sometimes even WITH a UserName it's one rabbit trail after another. I have vague memories of the build thread you mention, but not enough unique features to fuel an advanced search with any hope of success.

LOL, Roger I know how hard it is to find, I spent about 30 minutes using different key words & still haven't found it.

I too tried that name, and checked his posts.
But the majority of his posts were of a political nature, so gave up after half an hour or so.

Yes and no, right person but I remember him using a supercharger off a Buick 3800 motor on the motor. I have searched several times & I guess he deleted everything. OOOOO well.. Thanks for the help....joe

Seems to me that Evolvo was not a happy camper when he chose to stop posting, and Tech wasn't the only member who butted heads with him over his non-automotive posts, as I recall. I thought he had a lot more here about his Volvo's, too. Ohhhhh wellll!

Evolvo, we've sworn off of any mention of politics or religion on the forum, other than sincere requests for prayer from those who may feel moved to ask. Seems to work better when we just ignore the political arena, or leave it to other forums that are dedicated to that discussion, even when joking.
