An Irish guy paints his house, so does the English guy...

An Irishman and Englishman lived next door to each. One day the Irishman decided to paint his house, the Englishman was quite impressed and decided to paint his house too. Since the two house were exactly the same, he asked the Irishman how much paint it took to paint the house? The Irishman replied, "Five gallons", so the Englishman bought 5 gallons of paint and painted his house. It looked very nice and he was proud of his work but when the Irishman came over to admire it, the Englishman said it was strange because he had 1 gallon left over. The Irishman said, "That's funny so did I." :LOL:
