You guys with shops that don't need insulation in your shop suck :mad::LOL: I ran out of propane in my shop today because last week the tank was at 40%. Turns out the gauge was stuck. After my furnace quit working , I tapped it with my pliers it dropped to 0. Glad that happened today and not a day when there was a high -9 .

Not only no insulation, but Cade and I were working on the Mustang the last couple of days and had the shop door open. Of course we didn't start till about 10 in the morning when the chill was out of the air. :LOL:

Yeah, I feel your pain. We've been getting overnight lows in the low 30s and after about 5 days of that the new, insulated shop dropped to 59 inside............bbrrrrrrrr..........;)
Yep...Been there! Nothing like running out of heat when the temps are in the single digits! Woke up to a minus 7 here 2 days ago in the frozen tundra....Gotta keep reminding myself why I moved here!..lol
Ever since I installed a wood stove in my house, the only propane I use is for the cook stove.
I last put 42 gallons in the tank on October 2013 ($150) and last I checked it was still at 70%.
I'm with CR55 located right on the tip of Lake Michigan. The real low temps usually wait till mid
January, but started early this year. Iv'e got a well insulated shop with a nice suspended heater.

I feel you pain Seth. It is suppose to be -19* here Sunday with a high of -2*. It's been real fun keeping all of this new technology going in this fast approaching tundra. :LOL:

I added some insulation to my garage earlier this year. It really helped my air conditioner do it’s job over the summer! :D
