Looking to buy a 1934 Chevy in WI and want to register it in New York what problems might I be facing. I know that registering a Cobra replicia in NY can be a pain. If the WI car has a title for a1937 will NY except it. If it's sold on a registration and bill of sale will I be able to get it registered. It's A fiber glass car. Thanks
