Just FYI I wished Charlie a Happy Birthday on Facebook and told him to check in here. He messaged me a Thank You, and said that he lost his CHR Password and hasn't had any luck getting back on. I messaged Bill to see if he can help Charlie get his password issues resolved. Fingers crossed!
He might run in to the same problem techinspector1 experienced. The email Richard joined under no longer exists so he can't get an email with instructions on how to reset everything. For reasons I don't understand the email can't be sent to me so unless he rejoins under a different handle he's SOL and since he's stubborn he just said screw it and I don't blame him.
If that's the case, could they not simply re-join with the new email and a # behind their screen name?
The mystery deepens - a Member Search for "Charlie Fisher" and "CharlieFisher" both come up empty, and going into "Advanced Search" for posts both names come up "Invalid User". Something strange..... Hopefully MrMustang will let us know.

Charlie advised he's "cffisher" here, so I emailed him through his profile to confirm the link. With that MrMustang should be able to affect a password update for him! Closer to All Good!!
I mentioned to Bill that Charlie said he had received the normal Happy Birthday greeting sent automatically by CHR, and Bill advised Charlie can use "forgot password" for access. I emailed that to Charlie. Ball's in his court.
