I sent jb a note Wednesday. 18 February that I just received the Christmas card that Rosie sent out before Christmas. We decided that the "Par Avion, Air Mail" designation only applies to the leg from Wellington to LA, with the trip from New Plymouth to Wellington, and LA to Kansas by foot!!

That's funny about calling out the car models going by, that's one of my early memories sitting on a bus stop bench with my mom enthusiastically calling out the cool cars going by, I was about 4 or 5...
How did you get hooked on cars?
