I have never built one that way(except a Shelby Cobra) but, I have seen them advertized . Do a Google search for streetrods/ streetrod builders /streetrod kits.....etc. Ps-I have not heard a lot of good about Streetbeast kits.......good luck Don
One builder just came to my mind - www.lakeshorefaf.com
They are always at the Daytone Turkey rod run. Their prices are great & good quality. They make 32 - 34 Fords mainly however, they also have a dusenburg model J conv't it kit form. I thought about it but, ended up w/a RR.Last edited by Don Meyer; 05-18-2003 at 10:04 AM.

99% of yhe street rod shop only sell a rolling chassis stage three and the body package. I havn't seen a company that sells everything in a box. Like wiring, headlights, glass, seats, streeing column, etc,
You could call yogi's and see if they could give you a package deal of everything you want. or any street rod shops.

There was a recent article in SRB that jwclassics is doing stage 3 rollers (www.jwclassics.com). SOCAL also does rolling packages, and I believe most of the ord shops will supply you with any stage you want, right up through a turn key.

I've also been bitten by the bug to build a glass rod -- specifically, a 34 Ford 3-window. But I want an independent rear suspension, not a live axle. Does anyone make a "standard" chassis/rear end kit for this vinatge car? Ideally, I'd like to use a 4th-gen Corvette rear end. Any pointers?

Monkey, if you buy a stage III chassis you can get anything on it you want. If you have the money they have the parts.

Monkeyboy,
Adams Rod Shop specializes in Vette based chassis. Most of what I've seen is C5 based, but they may do C4 as well.
They work with Minotti very often (both in Florida) and there isn't a '34 3 window body any nicer than his.

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
