Not my definition - the realtor. And to a point she is correct. At least I painted it and rehung the ceiling 'rock that was slowly falling off in 1996 when we moved in here. Then in 2005, replaced the rotted wood garage doors, jacked up the roof to remove the 4-5" long span sag and added some internal loft structure, installed a full length (25') support beam and lolly columns, jacked the entire structure and replaced the ground plate that had rotted and rebuilt the garage door end that was an odd ball size to standard 7x9 doors. Then said the heck with taping - I was tired of working on it. Oh yeah, the brick on the front and one side - had to restack them when I did the plate as they had to come down.
To me, it's a man cave, paint booth and lounge - but just never got around to finishing what the builder hadn't after correcting the rest of his mistakes and poor building practices.:whacked::whacked::LOL:
