Ken if I skip the turkey run this year, I could come out the first of December. More like to I could delay your project for weeks by coming out to help.......LOL

NTFDAY, Thanks for the comment about the amperage on the cigar lighter, I have enough extra circuits to find a lower value but probably it is easier to just use a lower amp fuse in whatever line I use. That is what is great about this Forum, a dumb question often gets a constructive answer!

You're quite welcome. One other point, I would find a circuit with at least 16 gauge wire and preferably 14 gauge. I also solder most connections and cover the exposed joint with heat shrink tubing.Quote:

I just read back threw past post. What a very nice offer, thank you. Timing wise it should be completely apart at that time frame with parts scattered all over the place.Thank you very much for the offer.
Don-Actually I work on that when I'm supposed to be working at work

Ken that Brea Fire is a bad one. I hope none of your friends lost their homes!
My sister in law was up visiting, and was quite worried about her coworker who was one block away from the burnt homes on Saturday. Her husband emailed photos of the smoke in their back yard. November and still fire season. We need rain!:HMMM:
On the car note, post some pics while at work!:whacked:
Ken keep me in mind for Jan, if your so incline to enter the GNRS.
BradC
I will, thanks again, we will need all the help we can get. I hope to start it this week. If it runs, barring any wiring problems, it will be the final decision time.Quote:

Have you got any updates on the roadster - I love this thread...
Today is the last day to enter a car in the GNRS, and I'm not going to make it. Believe me I have tried, I'm so burnt out on this thing it feels good to know that I can stop. It doesn't feel good to know that I'm not able to do this, I'm generally not a quieter. But I don't want to trough this thing together either, I have to much work in it.
So, I'm going to stop for a while and take a break. I have a lot of photo's along the way that I just was to tired at the end of the day to post, so later I will post those.
Those that offered to help me, I want to thank you sincerely.
