    Very ingenious and the filter looks a lot like the one on my wife's Concorde. My only concern would be road debris sitting as low as it is. Have you thought about somewhat squaring off the bottom of the inlet similar to the engine inlet on 737's? In their original configuration they set so low to the runway that picked anything up in close proximity. The fix was to flatten the bottom of the intake and angle the engine up in respect to the wings. Just a thought.
