The dual horns on my '51 Chevy work but I just bought the Ahoogah horn and will be putting that in, but are Ahoogah's legal as the main horn? or do I have to wire it in auxillary?

I think it would qualify.........they are pretty loud. My Kid has one on his T and he insists on blowing it every so often and it startles me each time. :LOL: :LOL:

that's what I was thinking. just wanted to make sure...
The original horns are wired into a strip, so I can just disconnect them and wire the Ahoogah in place.. I'll get some cotton clad wire from 1 of the suppliers to make it look correct
hey matt you can replace the horn with a finger:D most folks prefure the more human side of it , but be sure to grab a few pics as you daily win the hearts and minds of your fellow motorists:D
Go for it Matt! My father in law's 39 Ford has the Ahoogah horn on it as the primary horn and never a complaint. Most people, especially kids, love it.
I replace my horn on my 34 Plymouth with an original Roadrunner horn. Beep Beep!:LOL: :LOL: A friend replaced his horn with the air horns that play "Dixie" or make animal sounds along with bells and whistles.
Just don't blow it in a hospital zone.:eek: :LOL: :LOL:
I was thinking about replacing the horn on my '65 Rambler with a JC Whitney Road Runner knockoff horn ( the original single tone horn sounds sick, but I'm probably just used to dual tone )... I will be putting the Ahoogah in the Chevy.
Upon some research of the E.A labs name, I found out they are 1 of the best sounding Ahooga horns that were made
