Sweet! I'm inspired, not why won't the weather cooperate!
Those are some highly polished F1's. Thanks for the pics!:D

I thought you would like those Steve..the pale blue one has been full circle, from a truck that won peoples choice at Kumeu some years ago,to a matt black piglet being thrashed around West Auckland, and now in the hands of a new owner..and back to square one...in the show again..**)
I really like the dark blue color!
Giving you ideas is it??Check out the dark blue that was used on the Ford Probes back in the day..cant remember the name..a friend up the road has his 69 Mustang repainted in that particular shade..nice color, looks like it belongs.
Hotrodpaint might have the name/formula for it..
Thanks. I haven't decided 100% yet, but am leaning towards Candy Apple red. Summit sells paint that was featured in Hot Rodder as a good quality easy to use, and they have candy apple red. I figure I'll paint a fender and see how it goes! If it looks decent, then I'll do the whole truck! If not, I'll save up the pennies and have it done by a pro!
Falcon, the Jag is becoming a hard one to find down here now, most of them got the SBC/auto conversion a long time ago, except for the pristine examples, which are still jealously guarded by their owners,to stop hotrodders getting them..:LOL:most of them in junk yards are now minus IFS[for F100 conversions]and IRS[for hotrod rears]
The s kool bus is an ex Education board Bedford,I am told, with the Ford panels grafted on..
Ahhh!
I wondered where that came from...I had heard nothing about it 'til after Kumeu.
(To which event we didn't go this year...first time we've missed in ages.)
Ours has arrived, (our School bus that is...'53 Ford out of Texas,) turned up last Thursday while we were at Muscle Car Madness, so haven't even seen it myself yet.
Thanks for the pics Robin, Kumeu is always a great event, although the rumours are that Ken and Desma have sold it.
Have you heard anything?
Is there any truth to it?

They know all about rumours,,dont believe in them myself,,all we know is that they told us business as usual, still running it next year...so we will be back next year,as far as we know at this point...:D
Pics, not a problem,,but a lot of work putting them on photobucket, and then weeding out the best..
