Admitting is the first step......
In a different thread I was asking about rough idle.... the first answer was vacuum (thanks glenn). There was a leak at the intake to the spacer plate. Fixed that with a new spacer plate that was a litte 'skinnier', and it ran better - but still seemed off.
Ummm...... in feeling around the back of the manifold, I found that I forgot to plug the 3/8 flare outlet from the vacuum block I am using. DOH!Plugged it, now runs fine.
So - need to admit I am a dork! Cannot believe I forgot to plug that darned outlet before installing on the vehicle.
Is there a 12 step for this?
