Who handles it Shine? Don't recall seeing it around here.....
southern polyurethanes inc. out of Georgia. i have been using his primers and clears for a few years. only clear i have found that can go 10 coats with no problems.
some of the yearone cars are done with it.
Thanks Shine, have to go look it up, sounds like good stuff!
Dave S - that's the primer as well as the clear that's on my car. Try it and you will never go back to anything else. The owner, Barry is probably who you will talk to if you need to order plus it's less expensive then the big brands and if not available locally he will ship it as cheap as possible, often free or split the cost. The primer is a sanding epoxy primer - that is it will wet sand fairly easily, though not quite as easy as plain ol' 2K while other brands can't be sanded.
Just went to their site, gonna give them a phone call in the am and get some information, thanks guys!
If Shine says its good--its good! But he IS ugly
just please don't die before me big dude....... :)
I'm working on that ole buddy!
Shine, got the 66 big block roadster vette back from the media blasters , what spi first prime would you use on it ?
i do 2 coats of black epoxy first. then follow with grey epoxy . although the grey will change colors when you block the black will show highs right away. the black will also show you where your trouble spots are. it will have enough gloss .i use only epoxy on vettes.
Hey Jeff, Ya need 2 B workin on a roadster for next June, not a Vette.
Working on the vette to pay for my materials for the 32 coupe and a 32 roadster !
