    Repairing a bobbed 34 ford frame

     



    I just bought a 34 ford frame for my 34 hiboy pickup project and the rear framerails are bobbed behind the rear crossmember. Does anyone make a repair kit for bobbed rails??

    Cool Boxingplates?

     



    How about buying a set of boxingplates for rear end of frame, add a stipe on top and bottom of them, and weld it all together?

    You can buy rear frame horns from www.dickspadaro.com They're on page 57 of the online catalog in the chassis section. The price is $98.00 a pair.

    Thanks for the info. I had overlooked the rear horns on the dick spadaro website. Using the boxing plate for a template is a idea also. I will have to think about it a little while.
