Cruise to the Ville 2014
I have put on our small town festival's car show for the last 4 years. Each year I try to improve it and make it better. Last year was a tough year to beat. We had 130 cars and trucks. This year we had 79. But, one of the area's biggest swap meets, and another big car show 15 miles away, was the same day this year. Last year I did top 25 cars and trucks, with 3 plaques. This year I had 14 classes and top 3 got trophies in each class, and 3 plaques again. It was a tight year as far as paying for it's self. I was almost in the red this year. I will post up pics as I get them uploaded. It ended up being a great show with less whining from people which helped. It's hard to talk your self into doing one of these when people want to be negative about everything.
Here are the trophies I made for the rat rod class and the unfinished car or truck class.

I did not know Mike very well, we exchanged some messages from time to time but from what I understand he was a very good man. I was sad to learn about this
