In the past I have seen mount kits and parts to mount the starter on the pass side of the motor for the early olds V8 motors,does anyone know who made them and if the companies are still in business. I am planning on making a rat rod using a rebuilt 56 olds motor I have and would like to find some of the old adaption parts for those motors if possible,I am planning on installing the motor in a 42 to 48 GM product or what ever else brand of 40s car I can find cheap.
