Sale/trade 375hp 85 Stang Gt/79 Camaro
SALE OR TRADE....I have a 375 HP 85" Mustang GT w/ a 91" front clip, 91" World class t-5 5 spd manual trans, 91" tailights, and a 91" crate shortblock. Car has 4" harwood glass cowl hood, saleen spoiler, 306 w/ forged pistons, arp rod bolts, aftermarket timing chain, fully ported and polished heads, w/ stainless valves and crane valve springs. B 303- roller cam, Edelbrock extrude honed intake, 2" carb spacer, holley 650 carb, MSD 6 al ignition setup, Mac 1 5/8" full length headers, Mac offroad h pipe, dual 3 chamber flowmaster mufflers, ford motorsports clutch, aftermarket shifter and clutch cable, rear end is 3.27 posi, has matrix 2" lowering springs, american racing wheels, z speed rated tires, aftermarket electric fuel pump, I know I'm forgetting som parts I have a list. many new parts, engine has only 6,000 miles on it, only royal purple synthetic motor oil in it, never over 6,000 rpm's, needs paint job or touch ups, new dash pad, and some clean up and detailing under the hood otherwise car runs and drives perfect, power everything. Has sunroof, AC, (needs recharge) new $750 audio system, interior is in good shape. CAR HITS 98 MPH IN 3RD GEAR IN A 1/4 MILE, Fun, Fast, and Fully streetable, have over $7500 into it but I'm deployed in Iraq so I can't drive it right now. I'm taking offers and can give more details if needed. Should top out at 160-170mph. Asking $4,000 pretty fair since I just put $4,000 into the motor 6,000 miles ago.
I also have a Beautiful 79 Camaro thats a southern car and is almost perfect, needs engine and trans. Has fresh 8.5" w/ 3.73 or 3.90 posi have to verify which ratio. craiger wheels, MSD 6 ignition, some aftermarket guages in dash, great interior, Harwood pin on 4" hood, rear window is tinted black, new air shocks in rear, traction bars, gloss black paint. Has headers and flowmaster exhaust for SBC. Electric fuel pump. May include an engine and trans for the right deal, I have some Big blocks and some small blocks. Car had 400hp 350 and TH-350 W/ 2200 stall in it. Asking $2500 roller or will sell with an engine and trans and neg. price from there depending on which engine and trans.
Just want something older and a new toy to come back to after the war, gotta get the taste of sand out of my mouth and get that great exhaust fume taste back again.
Cash is preferred but may trade for backhalfed car, muscle cars, older cars, or parts or ??? who knows, rollers considered. Will consider projects, project meaning cars not costing $9,000, unless it's a shelby... . Talk to me and let me know what you have, I'll consider anything but I really love first gen f-body's and old musclecars. No trucks please. Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
