What's the compression ration for a 48 IDA carburator?
Hi there,
what the recommended compression ration for an engine with the 48IDA carbs?

Many compression ratios would work for this system, but ideally you should have between 10 to 10 1/2.Brian McAllister, Advertising & Marketing

i got to agree with tech on this, ive all ways built the motor, and set the carbs. accordingly. never built a motor to suite the carb. looks like that would put a lot of restrictions on the motor.Originally posted by Jessica Wysocki
