Just wanted to say hi for now
new to the site just wanted to tell you all a little bit about me. my names glenn, i have an 83 camaro z28 that has been a little bit modified from stock 74 350 engine 350 turbo trans 373 gears i built the motor nothing more than stock still has the original heads been bored 40 over with flat tops magnam roller rockers comp cam xe268 eld.performer rpm intake holly 750 vacuum secondary im always tinkering with the car so im sure youll be hearing from me an maybe i can help some one else . im in the process of getting the car ready for paint , wich will probably bring in some controversy... here we go 69 cuda limelight with black ss stripes what do you think? i sprayed inside one of the door jams to get use to the color its a love it or hate it color i think its going to look pretty cool hope none of you mopar fans get mad at me! i always loved the 69-70 cuda in lime light and this is the closest ill ever get to the real thing glennGLENN

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
