Hey guys just thought I'd chime in in the process of rebuilding a 50 plymouth special deluxe coupe. Iam a mechanic but this old thing is teaching this old dog some new tricks. Terry

In all reality, i think me and don are the only real active fla members, it did seem that for awhile we had new fla blood joining almost weekly, i know there is a few still lurking though

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
