I've got a 354 Hemi in my 40, but it isn't done yet. Right now it is just a catchall for it's own parts waiting for me to get the time to work on it again.

Where is that cruise? I doubt I'll be in Manly then though...archery deer season starts this Sunday...my first love, even over hot rods, lol! If I get lucky and tag out early...

I know about the catch-all thing. My first task when I get back to Manly today will be cleaning out (and around) the coupe so my buddy Steve and I can get it loaded on his hauler for the trip out to the shop. Not looking forward to that part, but I am getting pumped to go back at the coupe! Good luck on your tudor...looks like most of the body work is done anyway.

I spend most of my time on the opposite "coast" of Iowa. I'm about as east as I can get...four miles from the Mississippi as the crow flies. But 3 hours is about right when I'm in Manly. My youngest son is an engineer on the Indian motorcycles in Spirit Lake, so I get to within an hour of you on occasion.

It is in Fort Dodge and is October 1st, not the 8th. Sorry about that.

Looks like fun, but I won't make it this year. Hopefully my coupe will be at least to the running/driving stage by next year, so maybe then.
