not being a painter or admitt to have a lot of older knowlege . i was speaking to a old bodyman who was talking about hot pot spraying a car. i asked him what he ment he said that they woul d take the paint and heat it on a hot plate to about 100 to 120 degrees and then spay it.
what the heck is with that i can see a possible bomb happening.
i could see the paint being thinned when warmer and that you would get a nice spray with the hot paint . would this also cause the paint to dry faster. i suspect this would have been with old enamel paints.
