OK all you body and paint Guru's I have a few questions. I know that I need to sand this thing down with a DA,,then clean it with wax and grease remover,,and then shoot some primer on it. (i take that back,,I THINK thats what I need to do). This is my first ever project car/paint job and body work. My questions are,,,

1) what grit should I use on the DA when sanding the bare metal

2) What type / brand / model of primer do you recommend ( this will be before I skim coat with body filler?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
