Nice to meet another "baller"... I've been playing for about 8 years and spent a few years traveling the curcuit (here in the US) playing amateur tournament ball... At one time I was pretty well known (within the hobby) for building custom markers, and still do a little work from time to time...

Here is a photo of me playing at the International Amateaur Open in Pittsburg PA back in 1999... We placed 7th that year in the 5-man division out of 106 teams from all over the world... We played a German team and a Russian Team that year but did not face off against any teams from the UK...

The marker in the photo is one of my custom built jobs (notice that it is orange) :) which I used during that tournament then took 8th place in the custom contest the next day... The top ten markers had photos published in PB2X magazine... From the top tem markers mine was the only one that was actually used in the preceeding tournament and was one of only three that was not built by a professional gunsmith/airsmith...

I have also had a hand in designing several markers for major manufacturers as well as desinging several logos, jersys and packaging for those comanys...

I guess I could have posted this in the "what are your other hobbies" thread...

Nice looking work!!
I see you are a graphics designer and am woundering if you design with 3D software or hand draw it out?
I have downloaded all the free trial 3D programs & never figured them out as they are very complex & intimidating to use.
I am in AWE of what can be done with this software, just wish I could figure it all out.

Dave that is some seriously decent craftmanship youve done there, especially like the trigger and the breech knob... well impressed.

Streets... funny thing about the Jello factory is that paintballs are made from some of the same stuff that is in Jello!!!

Spray Tech... I use mainly Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop for computer graphics... I have seen and used some of the 3-D software in the past, but don't really have much need for it for what I do... I also do traditional art (hand drawn) and illustration...

Easily... Thanks for the compliment... The trigger are breech knob were both hand made... I don't have a mill or lathe so many of my parts are made with hand tools (hacksaw, dremel, hand files)... I pretty much do all my own work and enjoy designing and building my own parts... I am working on a couple of hand carved aluminum parts for the Roadster now, one is a Headllight knob that is very similar to the breech knob on the Angel...

My biggest problem right now is that I enjoy doing too many things and don't have time to do them all!!!

P.S. did I mention that I can shoot either of the markers show above at a rate of 12-shots-per-second?... That is in semi-auto!!! ;)
