Priming Chemically Stripped Parts>
I have had some parts chemically stripped and want to prime. They have a phosphate coating on and I was told to wash off with water. When I do that it looks like I get an immediate light colored film that looks like oxcidation. Not sure the proper way to remove the phosphate prior to priming.
