Really need advice

Hello guys,

My name is Alex, I'm romanian and first of all, you'll have to excuse my grammar because I'm not a native english speaker. This is my first post here and hope someone can help me.
I have an enduro motorcycle, all plastic, and because I had an accident, I want to paint it. The thing is that one day, few years ago i saw a Honda fireblade that was painted flat black or satin black (don't know exactly) and here comes the hard part.....it was texturized, something like very rough plastic full of evenly tiny bumps. If anyone can shed some light explaining me the technique or secret in painting like that i would really apreciate it.
Oh , one more thing, I'll post an image of the bike and maybe you have any ideas as how it would look great (i'll let go of my ideea if you can come out with something better)

if you want if ruff. then you can sray stone guard on it SEM sell this in a spay can but it may hold dirt with flat back and ruff

Actually the surface should look something like 120 grit sand paper....do you think it will look nice?
And another thing i forgot. Itold you i live in Romania, we don't have that kind of paint here and most of the shops online won't sell to Romania, but we have paint labs...what exactly should i ask for, cause i think they can prepare it...is there a wrinkling compound i can add to normal paint?

stone guard is very thick and if you stand back from the part you are spaying it gives a thicker ripple finsh it looks like paint that as been roll with a paint roller and you can do this with your paint to if you can get small roller and do a test with it on some thing to see it that is what you want. you can cut marks in the roller to give it some wild marks in the paint this is how i would do it

used the wrinkle paint a lot over the yrs. works great. here is a close up pic. and where you can get it.
