FS: Chevy Small Block Supercharger
Hello! I have been posting this up on other boards and on craigslist with no real interest and with some searching on google found this site. I am moving and need to clean out the garage. I have decided not to cut my hood in order to make the supercharger fit on my model a. So here are the details:
Chevy Small Block Supercharger KitPart # WND-6506-1 from Summit Racing, Brand new in the orginal shipping Box from Summit, Never installed or used. Polished Weiand 177 Pro Street Supercharger Kit. Valued at 2269.00 on website. Has been sitting in a box located in my garage since 1998. Comes with camshaft!
See if this fits your application:

Local pickup perferred Zip code 20136: $1500
Let me know if there are any questions, it is still in the box that Summit shipped it in, so I would like to keep it in the box without taking it out so the buyer knows all the parts are accounted for. Locals are welcome to stop by to check it out before purchase.
Thanks!!Last edited by gforce; 02-05-2007 at 06:35 AM. Reason: Added picture

Reasonable offers will be accepted.
It was actually alot more brand new than what it is available for now on summits site. So I figured the price was an appropiate starting point for negotiations.Last edited by gforce; 12-12-2006 at 06:13 AM.

I just wanted to be sure of application, so I phoned Summit. This unit is for regular heads, not Vortec. Oh well.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
