SOLD - 1939 Pontiac Gauge Cluster Complete
SOLD - We are upgrading our '39 Pontiac Deluxe 8 Touring Sedan and are changing out our gauge panel. This is the stock gauge panel for a '39 Pontiac model 2819 Touring Sedan but will work in any '39 Pontiac. Although it needs cleaning up, the glass is perfect, all gauges are in perfect condition, all needles work and if you were to take the panel apart to clean the inside of the glass and the face of the gauge pod itself, this gauge panel has the potential to be show or near show condition!! The chrome trim will need some Naval Jelly and polishing. You will not find another in as nice condition. This would be an awesome panel to put in a restoration, hot rod or rat rod.
$150 OBO

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
