Custom Emblems...
I'm hoping someone can help me here.
I'm looking for a company to create a custom car emblem out of metal and have it chromed.
I have a logo that's been designed with the look and feel of a car emblem, think something like the Cadillac, Corvette, Mustang, Camaro - a continous word with all the letter's joining into each other.
I've seen some Hot Rods before with custom emblems in the past and I was hoping someone here could recommend some companies to contact.
We're based in Syndey, Australia but regularly go to the US, so somewhere in either place will be fine.
thanks in advance

You could try these guys;
Mila Displays, Inc.
I haven't got this far along to really deal with these issues yet, but I had bookmarked this site a while back. If you call (or e-mail), post up their response :D .

Here you go...
Here is a link to Motorhead Jewelry... From what I hear these are the "go-to" guys when it comes to making custom emblems... Give it a look...

I've been toying with the same idea, but I'm more of a do-it-yourselfer. Found a great site, http://www.backyardmetalcasting.com that shows the how tos for making a foundry and casting metals, plus many more sites on the web. I figure if I build the car, I can build an emblem, then maybe get a Caswell plating kit, and do it all myself. Just an idea.

I can probably help you.

I'm less expensive than motorheadjewelry, and I'll do only one or two, unlike Mila Displays.
If you insist I can have them cast in bronze and plated although the vacuum plating of plastic is indistinguishable from true metel.
