With all the engine setback on the Ranchero, accessing the engine to work on it would be difficult with the stock hood so I've converted it to a front opening hood. On the front edge of the hood, I've lengthened the center 6" and the edges 4". The hood also has a cowl induction scoop that is 5" tall at the base of the windshield. In this picture, I have yet to cut a hole in the hood. The hole will match up to an air box that will feed that nice, cool, dense air to the engine.· Date: · Views: 3,455
